International orders ship DAP (Delivered At Place) may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by your country’s customs office or/and local carrier. These charges are not included at check-out, item's cost, and the shipping cost; they are the responsibility and to be paid by the buyer/receiver of the order.

1. Shipping Charges UAE
Shipping Fee: 20 AED applied to all orders under 150 AED
Free Shipping: Orders of 150 AED or more.
Delivery Time: In most cases, orders arrive the next business day (NDD) after the processing time, but it may take up to 2 business days if your location is farther from the courier’s hub. (Except AUH Western Regions and Remote Areas - we have twice a week delivery schedule.)
Processing Time: 1- 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Return to Origin: 20 AED/Shipment (In case the courier attempted to deliver the shipment, but failed to deliver it due to wrong address or any reason caused by the customer)
AUH Western Region and Remote Areas Shipping Fee: 42 AED will be applied to all orders.
Re-shipping Fee: In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect information, additional shipping charges will apply for re-delivery.

5. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver all across the United Arab Emirates.
Note: For AUH Western Region and Remote Areas, we have twice a week delivery schedule.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
This means that once your payment is confirmed, we require 1–2 working days to prepare, pack, and hand over your order to the courier.
Delivery Time: After dispatch, orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days, depending on your location.
This means that once your order is handed over to the courier, in most cases, orders arrive the next business day (NDD), but it may take up to 2 business days if your location is farther from the courier’s hub.
AUH Western Regions and Remote Areas, we have twice a week delivery schedule.
Delivery times may vary during weekends, holidays, promotions, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details and number, so you can monitor your shipment.
7. Additional Notes
Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are calculated at checkout, unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
Delivery Address and Contact: Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address (City, Street, Building Name & Number, Floor, Apartment/Flat Number) and contact details.
Return to Origin: In case of a failed delivery due to incorrect information, or any reason caused by the customer additional shipping charges may apply.
